Your Thanksgiving Glow: How to Stay Grounded This Week
As we move toward Thanksgiving, your schedule may already feel full, your mind already racing, and your energy pulled in every direction.
This week comes with joy, gratitude, celebration — but also pressure, responsibility, and emotional load that most people won’t talk about.
Transformative Tuesday was created for moments exactly like this.
Because staying grounded during the holidays is not about perfection…
It’s about presence.
It’s about choosing yourself while showing up for others.
It’s about protecting your peace in a week that can easily take it.
Today, I want to give you three simple grounding rituals you can weave into your day — no overwhelm, no pressure, no extra energy needed.
1. The 30-Second Breath Reset
Before you step into the kitchen, answer a message, or open a door — pause.
Take one deep breath in through your nose…
Hold…
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
You’d be surprised how much clarity returns when you give yourself even a moment to pause.
2. The “Check-In Before You Jump In” Ritual
Ask yourself one question before attending to anything or anyone today:
“How do I feel right now?”
This is your anchor.
This tiny moment of self-awareness helps you respond with intention, not survival mode.
3. The Glow Touch Ritual
Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.
Say softly — even in your mind —
“I am grounded. I am safe. I am held.”
Your nervous system listens to your voice more than anything else.
These rituals may seem small…
but small resets create big shifts — especially during busy seasons.
And because this week is filled with giving, serving, pouring, cooking, supporting, hosting, preparing, and holding space for others…
Here’s your reminder:
Your glow is still allowed to come first.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to breathe.
You are allowed to take up space.
Give yourself these grounding moments.
Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you.
And yes — Black Friday is coming.
But we’ll talk about that softly… with intention… and with alignment later this week.
Today is about grounding, not rushing.
Presence, not pressure.
Glow, not overwhelm.
Take your moment.
You deserve it.
