Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused and in the same condition that you received it
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Because many of our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ajseoinfusions.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• opened or used personal care products
• custom or personalized items
• gift cards
• sale or clearance items

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and request a return for the original item if it qualifies.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as required by EU consumer protection law.

Items must still be returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
